Life is gone the time it comes into being. Yet life goes on viewed from a cosmological point of view. Displaying different moments of a blossom-tea in the water with two forms of still image and video, “Still Life”, on the one hand, attempts to represent the duality of ephemerality and eternality of life; on the other tries to explore the specificity as well as the commonality of the two media of photography and video.
